Shipping

Orders over $100 are free shipping otherwise it is a flat rate of $7. Delivery within 1 - 4 working days.

The Powder Room ships to destinations within New Zealand only and we use NZ couriers.

Orders placed via our website during a normal working week will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received over the weekend, or on a New Zealand public holiday, will be processed the following business day.

At The Powder Room, we pride ourselves on providing top-of-the-shelf products that you will love. 

So, if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of receiving a faulty product, we will send you a new product at no cost to you.
